How we work
A site visit is conducted at your home to discuss your proposals and advise you where necessary. This visit is free of charge. You will be given a fixed price for the work, and if this is acceptable, we will measure your property to enable us to draw your plans.
Typically within a week to ten days we will send you a preliminary drawing for your approval, and for you to make changes if necessary. There are no extra charges for alterations.
Once the drawings are to the client's satisfaction, ECDS Ltd will submit them to the relevant Council departments acting on your behalf as your agent. Generally this will involve dealing with the Planning and Building Control departments of your local authority.
